Custom wallet sample development lead time at Godere varies by design complexity and material availability. Simple styles such as cardholders or basic bifolds with in-stock materials generally take 7–10 business days. Medium-complexity items like tri-fold wallets need 10–15 business days.

A defect that leaves the factory unnoticed is a complaint waiting at the other end of the ocean, and by then the cheapest remedy has expired. Our inspection routine is therefore built as a set of gates rather than one event at the end. Each gate has its own checklist, its own accept and reject criteria and its own docket, and nothing moves on until the previous gate is signed off.

A buyer approves a wallet sample, places the order, and then waits six weeks to find out whether the production run matches the piece that was approved. That gap between the sample and the shipment is where most leather goods disputes are created. Keeping the two identical is not a matter of goodwill; it depends on how much of the approved sample was converted into written, measurable controls before cutting started.
